One of the most holistic objectives of ‘Wellness coaching’ is to help people overcome resistance to change, and thus progress towards a happier and more contented soul. This is especially important in todays’ society, as a recent report suggested that only three out of ten British people are happy with their lives.
My wellness coaching’ will enable us to work together to put you on a path of learning and discovery. I will coach, motivate and equip you with the right tools to be in charge of your own health and wellbeing, for the short and long-term. I will help you to bridge the gap between the person you want to be, and who you currently believe you are. In essence, I will help you to be the best version of yourself.
Together, we will discover how your ‘current’ thinking is affecting your life and behaviour. You will learn how to train your brain, to take control of your life, and be able to create the life you wish to have. You will learn how to heal, and be free from the past that is currently holding you back.
My wellness coaching package will encourage you to explore oneself and learn to facilitate change within your life. The package will consist of one hour 1-2-1 video session, followed by four 30-minute 1-2-1 video sessions over a four-week period.
During these sessions, we will examine your own motivation, core-values and beliefs. I will guide you through our weekly calls, to enable you to formulate a ‘plan of action’ for the coming week(s). During these calls you will have the time to discover yourself further. To reveal any ‘limiting beliefs’ that are holding you back from creating the best life, and best version of YOU!
I will encourage and teach you how to self-reflect on your journey of self-discovery. Motivating you to highlight your unique skills, strengths and resources, that will enable you to transform your dreams into a reality. Wellness in such a chaotic world is so important given that I wholeheartedly believe that ‘Health is true wealth”, not how much money you have in the bank!
